After the financial crisis of 2007 Kathy, a home-maker at the time, knew she needed to get back into the work force just like many other inspiring women. She identified her passions, strengths, and goals and ended up achieving exactly what she set out to do...

Ten years of experience in the field and seven years of owning her own business has given Kathy the expertise she brings to her appraisals everyday. Kathy and Dan Loughran are a dynamic team with a passion for real estate and the art of appraising.
